Look! I remembered to post before December started this year!

Hello, friends! It's about to be December again, and you know what that means: the fact I am posting this actually before December 1 means

karzilla reminded me about the existence of linear time again. Wait, no -- well, yes, but also -- okay, look, let me back up and start again: it's almost December, and that means it's time for our annual December holiday points bonus.

The standard explanation: For the entire month of December, all orders made in the Shop of points and paid time, either for you or as a gift for a friend, will have 10% of your completed cart total sent to you in points when you finish the transaction. For instance, if you buy an order of 12 months of paid time for $35 (350 points), you'll get 35 points when the order is complete, to use on a future purchase.

SETTING UPDATES

As like the winters before, the snow is heavy and hard. Ice forms over the river and lake, but where it was once impenetrable, it can now be broken for fishing. The Guardian Trees are still sporting fruit as well.
The fog has pulled back drastically, allowing the semi-safe exploration of the forest without needing to stick to the paths of the Golden Glasses.
It seems last year was an anomaly- Suri sleeps again this winter, and the forest feels calm.

PLOT UPDATES

You know, Suri’s taken you on a lot of vacations. And they’ve all sucked. A lot! What’s with this guy? Fire him and never use his travel agency again.
All this to say, this time, the Goddesses want to bring you for vacation… which is why the town is being whisked away to the Divine Realm, where the Goddesses live and will host you for some time.
Beiwe-related activities will include cooking/baking classes because some of y’all are kitchen hazards, sparring and PvP type brackets (handwaved, make these up yourselves, PvP who you want etc), and pottery/art activities. Beiwe is mostly a ceramics girlie but she will provide easels and paint if you really want.
Or you may frequent Ourania’s gardens and nature spots- ranging from a lush hiking trail to a natural spring with the clearest water to swim in to a sparkling cave- or take part in her lounge where a spirit serves some fine cocktails you’ve never heard of. If you ask nicely, she may be willing to grant the Wild Moon’s madness to a game of tag or two (leading to increased adrenaline, heightened speed and reflexes, and a generally feral attitude, though the bloodthirst and territorial nature would be nulled. It’s just a game.)
Before the end of your Goddess Vacation, they’ll also host a formal ball, with you lot as the guests of honor. Cameos may include Morrigan the Death, the Seasons, and so many Stars. Whether this means their human forms or the most celestial animals alive in fancy outfits will be a surprise. Your fancy outfits will also be free, have fun playing dressup, go crazy!
“What about the PCs that live with the Goddesses” you can say hi to them theoretically, but they are technically dropped characters so like. Handwave your hellos.

Happy Holidays! We hope you had a good Turkey Day. November and December are check-in AC months so make sure you get that in for this month if you haven’t yet! If you fail to check in for November we will assume you’re inactive and sweep you.
As a heads-up we are swerving into hard horror in January, which is also a TDM. More details will come with the plotting post posted at the end of December. :)
Chi wants to do Saint Nick (Christmas with Wolfwood Harassment) again this year. Like prior years we have a GIFT REQUEST SIGN UP below. You may ask for one (1) item that would fit the criteria of being 5 or less threads from the BAC store. This includes items from home. If you do not sign up you are not getting anything for Crimesmas!
